Chris has been pastoring since August 1996 fulfilling the pastoral call God placed on hislife. That original call of ministry also included a call to evangelism which is another part of ministry he finds great joy in. He received a B.A. in Applied Ministry from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1995 and completed his Master’s degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2018.  Before coming to Aubrey, he served on staff as Youth Minister at Rock Creek Baptist Church (Shawnee,OK; 1993-1995). Chris married his wife, Heather, in December 1992 and 8 years later they were blessed with the birth & adoption of their twins, Jeremiah and Quincy. Chris enjoys fishing, camping, golf, working outside and spending time with his family.
